Will o' the Wisp

1) +2 dice to all dice rolls involving stealth, darkness and trickery. 2) Children of the Wisp can use the gift Surface Attunement. 3) The Children of the Wisp can, at will, summon light of the wisp, causing their eyes to glow eerily and allowing them perfect sight in normal darkness. This costs nothing to activate, but takes one action. The Wisp requires that the pack uses gifts involving trickery, illusion, and stealth when in combat.
