The paranoid, the listening, the observant, this Rite was created for those that seek to be in the know about all things Themselves. This ritual must be started within the Midnight hour, and lasts an hour. After which all minor banes and scryer banes and their associates within the area listen for the key. When they do, they alert the caster and potentially bridge any connections. This, other than alerting the caster, has no further effect unless the caster is also familiar with the Darkened Ways.
Performed at midnight and lasting twenty four hours, this Rite allows the caster to tune into anyone who may be referencing or talking about them. Keyed to their Names, Aliases, and even Disguises and Keywords if they wish, if anyone within a hundred mile radius of the site of casting speaks of the caster, or speaks the casters aliases or keywords set several times over (At least 3), this will create a connection and alert the caster. The form of this connection varies, depending whether a Darkened Mirror is present or not. If no Darkened Mirror is present, one is temporarily created on the nearest reflective surface to the Speaker, and the caster is notified of it's presence and can use Rites or Abilities to affect as normal for the next hour. If a Darkened Mirror is already present, the mirror immediately is activated to the first level, and the caster can use it with any other Darkened Mirror.
