This rite requires at least one fourth-rank, two third-rank, three second-rank, and four first-rank Rokea. Together they transform into a night-black, fire-eyed monster akin to the prehistoric megalodon, but larger (120 to 180 feet long). There is no known method of reversing the transformation, but also no record of such a creature in existence beyond the event which inspired the rite's performance.
