If all this blood is imbibed or destroyed, the vampire meets Final Death.
Legs and torso are worth two Blood Points each; arms, head and abdomen, one each. The blood can be reconverted to any body part, as long as it's in contact with the vampire. If it's been used or consumed, the vampire must spend the equivalent amount of blood to regrow the body part. The blood is neither mobile nor sentient. If the head is transformed to blood, the character will be essentially useless except, and until, reforming the head.
