Conjuration allows the movement of items through space. The object in question must be prepared ahead of time in a ritual designed to bond the item to the caster, making it easier to latch onto a control later on.
System
1) Accuracy: Objects quiver in ways you want.
Items: One
Weight: Less than an ounce.
Distance: No more than a couple of feet.
2) Accuracy: Rough motor control, equal to being shoved with an elbow or fist.
Items: Two
Weight: A few pounds (hardcover book) or very small life forms (insects, snails).
Distance: No more than 20 feet.
3) Accuracy: Some fine control, equivalent to an object in hands but slow and unwieldy. Clumsy attacks can be made at this level.
Items: Three
Weight: A largish object weighing up to 100 pounds (computer monitor, telephone, etc). Living beings can be moved, but not manipulated.

4) Accuracy: Equivalent to a normal pair of hands (i.e. opening locks).
Items: A small group (under 10) or near identical items or three items that aren't closely related to each other.
Weight: Objects as large as an armoire or weighing less than 200 pounds. Humans can be manipulated only if they are willing, unconscious, or hypnotized.
Distance: Up to a half of a mile.
5) Accuracy: Extreme control. The items will do whatever you ask, quickly and efficiently.
Items: 10-20 items of similar nature, or 10 items of a non-similar nature.

Add 1 dice to the difficult if you are working with an object that is being held by someone who is resisting.
