You know the law and you can manipulate it to fit your needs. You can work through the system and get what you want. This isn't the law of the United States, however; corporate law as practiced within the LATMA area is a very different entity.
You got practical knowledge. You know, for instance, what drugs are legal in what sectors. You're good enough for a new lawyer. You can decipher fine print in corporate contracts given enough time. You're experienced. You can, if your client will listen, avoid any snafus which might result in a corporate warfare situation. You're really good. If there's a loophole, you can find it.
