This lore represents knowledge of the Spirits as a whole; their social structures, typical goals and affinities. This Lore differs from Cosmology in it represents a structured knowledge base of the Umbra's inhabitants rather than the Umbra itself. It covers etiquette, protocols and to an extent who's who among Spirits. It also covers knowledge about what the Spirits are about in LATMA and the rituals commonly used to invoke their assistance or favor.
1 - You know of Spirits and maybe have talked to a few. Your knowledge is extremely limited and you are frequently taken advantage of because of this. 2 - You have a basic understanding of the various Spirits. You know enough to interact with Spirits with little help or embarrassment. 3 - You have a sophisticated understanding of the Spirits and their ways. The Spirits know you and respect you. 4 - You have a deep understanding of Spirits. You command great respect in among them and they often seek you out for aid. 5 - There is very little about the Spirits that you don't know. You likely have powerful Spirits as allies and friends.
