Severity depends on the number of points taken. One point is a very minor flaw, three points being an inconvenient flaw, five points a disfiguring or painful flaw and 7 point would be a life altering or life threatening flaw (yours or others). Sleepers witnessing your Paradox Flaw tend to respond with hostility, violence or worse.
