Description: The Garou may opt to attack first in any given turn, no matter what his initiative roll may be. This Gift is taught by a Cat spirit.
System
System: There is no mandatory point cost or roll for this Gift, but Gnosis may be spent to ensure extra speed. If more than one Garou combatant has this Gift, the one who spends the most Gnosis goes first. If both (all?) spend the same amount, they take their first actions simultaneously.
