Rage comes a little too easily for these Ratkin; this is both a blessing and a curse. A seething anger isolates you from ordinary humans, but it also makes you primed for battle at a moment's notice.
System
Whenever a character with this Background gains a Rage point, roll a die; on a 10, he gains an extra point of Rage. Unfortunately, he also makes Frenzy rolls at difficulty 4.
Innate to Ratkin with Freak Factor 2.
