Sabbat status accorded to turned Sabbat - it means you're still being tested, and are just as much a target for your sect members if you screw up as you are for anyone else. It also means you've been too weak to kill your pre-Sabbat-life associates. Your status is lower than an Initiate's - after all, you betrayed your former cause and your former comrades. You are the property of the pack that got stuck with you.
