The Garou can steal the power of others and use them herself. These powers can be Garou Gifts, Vampiric Disciplines, Mage Spheres, ect. This Gift is taught by, of course, a Magpie spirit.
System
The Garou must gaint three successes on a Wits+Stealth roll (diff of the target's Willpower). If successful, the Garou can use the specified power for each successive turn she is willing to spend a Gnosis point.
