These smooth pebbles appear to have been worn from centuries of flowing water. All of them are round and they're no bigger than the size of a dime.
System
If the pebble is placed into it's activator's mouth, or the mouth of someone else, the water spirit inside will quench the person's thirst and nourish them for the entire day. Alternatively, the pebble can be tossed into a normal fire and if the activation is successful, the fire (up to the size of a campfire) will be extinguished. It has no effect on Balefire or magickal fire (created with Prime/Forces).
