These coins are covered with strange markings; when viewed in the Umbra they appear as small, blue glowing spheres trailing black and red lines.
System
When activated, these coins cause the target to fall into a fit of terror. The target rolls Willpower (difficulty 6) and compares the successes to the activation successes of the Talen. If the Talen wins the resisted roll, the target becomes helpless (they may still dodge or run away) for a number of turns equal to the number of successes it beats the victim by. In addition, the Garou must make a frenzy check after this period to avoid Fox frenzy. Gifts or powers preventing fear negate this effect.
