Upon consumption, and successful activation the user must spend a rage point and is then able to perform the charm, Elemental Blast (fire). This blast can cause 3 agg fire damage to a single target. Failure to activate decreases the user's difficulty to rage by -1. A botched activation consumes the user in a ball of fire, causing 3 levels of aggrivated fire damage.
