A small, half rusted steel gear, about the size of a nuyen coin. One of the teeth of the gears seems to have been broken off, however, and a hole is drilled through the center.

When attached to a piece of machinery with moving parts (the Gear adheres automatically), the Gear causes the machine to stop functioning for approximately one day per success; five successes indicates permanent breakdown.
