This is a Discipline of Healing and of partial control over others' bodies and spirit. Anyone learning this Discipline will start developing a third eye, like the Salubri.
1 - Panacea. The vampire can lick a wound and close it, even if he wasn't the one to inflict it.
System: For each Blood Point expended during the licking, the character can heal one Health Level. Note that the vampire *must* be able to lick the wound to heal it.
2 - Anesthetic Touch.This power will dull any sensation of pain in the target, also paralyzing them.
System: Roll Willpower versus the target's current Willpower after a touch has been made. Successes determine duration: (a turn, two turns, five turns, an hour, a night)
3 - Neutral Guard. This grants protection to the vampire and anyone under his care. When the Neutral Guard is activated, no one can approach the vampire.
System: After the vampire spends two Willpower points, no one not already within 10 feet of him can come that close to him until he voluntarily drops the Neutral Guard. Anyone trying to come within that distance must engage the vampire in an extended, resisted Willpower vs. Willpower test, and must exceed the vampire's successes by three. If the vampire scores three more successes than the intruder, the intruder is paralyzed for five turns. If the Guard is dropped, 2 Willpower must be spent to raise it again.
4 - Treat the Sick Mind. By mastery of this level, the third eye has fully developed. Using the eye on an unmoving target lets the vampire sense any Derangements the victim may have, and cure them.
System: Sensing the Derangement requires a Perception+Empathy roll (diff 7). Actually curing the Derangement requires a Charisma+Medicine roll (diff of target's Willpower+3). The vampire has an extra die to cure for each success in diagnosis. During this treatment, the target is bathed in a soft golden glow from the third eye, and anyone in the area will more than likely notice both the eye and the glow. The target must remain still and within five feet of the healer.
5 - Unburdening of the Bestial Soul. This lets the character pull the soul from a body and to then heal it of its afflictions.
System: Make an extended, resisted Willpower roll against the victim if he is unwilling. Three successes must be obtained. If the soul isn't returned to the body within a reasonable amount of time, the vampire will lose one Humanity. While the soul is held, the healer may spend Willpower to restore Humanity in the victim on a one-for-one basis. The vampire may give no more Humanity than he possesses Empathy. This may be used on a person only *once*.
