System
The vampire must roll Manipulation+Intimidation (diff of target's Perception+Self-Control/Instincts) for duration. (A turn, an hour, a night, a week, a month). The victim must spend a point of Willpower to break out of the daze and perform any coherent action for a turn -- this includes, but is not limited to, anything involving a Dice Pool.
