This is a Discipline that allows the fashioning of illusions. The less viable an illusion is, the more probable it is to be disbelieved. You must be able to sense the illusion you are crafting.

System

    Ignis Fatuus. Minor, static illusions affecting only one sense can be created. Even if that sense is touch, the illusion can be passed through.

    Fata Morgana. Illusions that affect all or some senses, according to their creator's wishes upon fashioning. They can still be passed through.

    Apparition. Used in conjunction with the powers above, this gives illusions the ability to move.

    Permanency. To be used with the powers above, this lets an illusion continue to exist even if the vampire cannot see it.

    Horrid Reality. This power is only effective against one person at a time; it makes him believe the illusion he is experiencing is totally real. Spend two willpower points if trying to inflict damage.  Roll manipulation+subterfuge (difficulty of victim's perception+self-control/instincts).  Each success inflicts one level of damage.  You cannot kill in this way.
